Mind-Body-Soul Wellness

Plums will always remind me of my progress.

Confounded by ignorance and shackled to conditioned thought patterns, I endured much self-inflicted suffering prior to discovering the raw and its regenerative potential. Willful ignorance overtook and converted me into a grand accomplice in my own deception. I was senseless and avoidant, lost in perverse delusions and obsessed with preventing pain.

I mistook stimulants, purgatives, and symptom suppression for panacea, laying the foundation for my strategic avoidance of gastrointestinal/colorectal distress with laxative abuse, starvation, manual and spontaneous purging, etc. But neither avoidance nor a cocktail of sodium docusate, magnesium hydroxide, prune juice, and negativity solved my woes. I found no cure in symptom suppression, nor did steroids, nitroglycerin, dietary fiber isolates, and surgical intervention give me resolution.

Instead, God granted me deliverance from my anguish, imbued me with understanding, and blessed me with an opportunity to heal. I had to take accountability and be responsible for correcting my lifestyle. All praise and glory unto God for leading me to the truth, for if I lacked the eyes to see signs, ears to hear beckoning, or faith to believe truth, my misbehaviors and rejection of knowledge would have destroyed me.

Treatment-based thinking is a detrimental medical fallacy. Suppression delays inevitable outcomes, while enervation follows the wake of excessive innervation. Regenerative detoxification is true, curative healing facilitated by simple adherence to our species-appropriate lifestyle. The body is always inclined to repair itself and thrive.

Do not allow fear or external forces to petrify, control, and harm you. Do not allow yourself to be coaxed or coerced into complacency. You are responsible for your own journey to attain dynamic health and wellness.

Lamentations 5:21 — “Turn thou us unto thee, O Lord, and we shall be turned; renew our days as of old.”
